Cost-effective Plastic Intalox Saddle for Absorption

Plastic intalox saddle is also called plastic intalox saddle ring. It is a popular random packing in intalox saddles field. Plastic intalox saddle ring has a smooth arc surface. Its arc-shaped design increases the contiguous porosity among the packing in the packed layers. This kind intalox saddle skillfully combines the advantages of ring-type and saddle-type packing. It integrates the former's large flux capacity and the latter's good liquid distribution performance.

Plastic intalox saddle has superior performance. It has high mass transfer rate, good gas-liquid separation efficiency and low operating cost. This product largely increases the separation efficiency and greatly reduces the energy consumption. Compared with metal intalox saddle, it has better elasticity and lower cost. This kind intalox saddle is easy to operate, it is suitable for various packed towers, such as drying tower, absorption tower and cooling tower.
