Ceramic Intalox Saddle Ring for petrochemical and environmental protection
Ceramic Intalox Saddle Ring is the advanced products of ceramic Berl saddle ring. It changes the arched surface and make the interior radius of curvature different. This design can overcome the nesting problem basically.
Ceramic intalox saddle ring make the porosity be evenly distributed and the distribution of fluid be improved. It has higher capacity and lower pressure drop than ceramic raschig ring.
CIS-01: Improved arched surface to avoid nesting problem.
CIS-02: Different sizes of ceramic intalox saddle ring can be supplied.

Applications
- Two main industries of ceramic intalox saddle ring: one is chemical and petrochemical industries. The other is environmental areas, such as RTO equipment.
- Ceramic intalox saddle ring has excellent acid resistance to withstand various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid.
- It has excellent heat resistance to be widely used in high or low temperatures conditions.
- Ceramic intalox saddle ring is widely sued in the drying columns, absorbing columns, cooling towers, scrubbing towers in chemical industry, metallurgy industry, coal gas industry, oxygen producing industry, etc.
