Ceramic Berl Ring – Arced channel for air and liquid distribution

Ceramic berl ring is also called ceramic berl saddle ring, ceramic bell ring. Ceramic berl saddle ring are interlocking in the tower and form arc air channel. Ceramic berl ring is benefit for evenly distribution of liquid and gas and it can reduce resistance.

Features & Benefits

Disadvantage

  • Ceramic berl ring is easy nesting and result channeling and high flooding point.
  • Ceramic berl ring is easier crush than ceramic raschig ring.

Applications

Ceramic berl ring can be used in the drying towers, absorption towers, cooling towers, scrubbers and regeneration towers in the chemical metallurgy, gas and oxygen industries.
